"I would highly recommend Creative Illusions for any remodeling work.
They conducted a very extensive remodeling project in the Common’s area at the Spink Condominium in 2012 – the area had not been up-dated for twenty-five years, was an eyesore and in bad shape. When the remodeling was completed, six months later, all of the unit owners agreed, “It looked great.” Visitors have given us many compliments on the improvements made: some have compared the new appearance to a Five Star Hotel.
As a unit owner, I had the opportunity to watch them throughout the entire remodeling process. They explored many different ideas before making a final judgement on what changes were to be implemented. They included several special improvements that had not been in the original estimate, at no additional cost, and they were always present on the job site.
Their sub-contractors were excellent: they arrived on time, showed respect for the unit owner’s property, and cleaned-up after the day’s work.
Of great importance to us, they finished the project on time and within the cost they originally quoted."

“When you decide you want to put some pizzazz on your walls, check out Kaylina at Creative Illusions! You don’t decide by looking at 2” squares of paint color. She meets with you and gets a vision for what you’re looking for then brings you a sample board 1-2 square feet.
After she did a fabulous job on some columns we have in our house, we not only got a boatload of compliments but, realized it hides any fingerprints our grandkids might put on the wall. That prompted us to put her touch to the walls going down to our finished basement – where kids ALWAYS run their hands on their way down! It’s gorgeous! You won’t be disappointed. Now I’m hoping to put some flare to the beams on our ceiling to match the ceiling fan. Then after that...”

Kaylina Reyes, the owner and creator of this firm, is an amazing talent. She, and her husband, Louie, turned our place into something wonderful. She captured the essence of our tastes, casual style and worked hard to keep us within our budget. Kay is so easy to work with and was always open to my ideas. Their work was perfect.
Kay’s talent can best be described as an exquisite artist. Our home was like a canvass and she transformed it into an amazing picture. I am also so impressed that Kaylina continues her professional artistic training at one of the top art schools in Chicago.
We were so pleased with the transformation Kay and Louie did at our lake condo that we also engaged them to transform our home in Fort Wayne. And recently they completed the common areas of the condo building we live at on Lake Wawasee. Again, and not surprisingly, their work was a masterpiece.
